​RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with your Chilly Billy Cashmere purchase. If you have any problems, please do get in touch at hellochillybilly@gmail.com

If you are not entirely delighted with your Chilly Billy product, you may return them to us within 28 days of purchase. Items purchased as part of a sale may be returned, but this must be within 14 days of purchase. We will be more than happy to offer a no-quibble refund provided that the products are returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and with labels still intact and attached. We would love to know the reason for the return and would be grateful if you could note it when you return the item. This will not affect your statutory rights.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER 

1. Contact us at hellochillybilly@gmail.com to request your return.

2. Carefully parcel your item(s) in their original packaging including your name, order number and returns number on a slip of paper.

3. Post your item(s) to Chilly Billy Cashmere, 10 Belvedere Close, Weybridge, Surrey. KT13 8XQ. We suggest you post using tracked service to guarantee safe delivery. A proof of posting should be obtained. Postage is at your own expense.

4. Once your order has been received, we will inform you and will process your refund within 14 days.
